She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred James "Jim" and Minnie Jean Claudin (Dillard); and her brother Pat Claudin. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Rob" Rudolph Hoffman; her children, Mandi Hoffman of Peoria, Kori Smith (Zack) and Jeff Hoffman (Heather) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Bradley Kuhlman, Katie, Ashlyn, Noah Hoffman, Kaleb, Khloe and Kinzy Smith; and her brother Dale Claudin of Waterloo.
