He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Biggs and Kathryn Biggs (Saurs); and his sister Vickie Biggs. He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Biggs (Merrilee) of Eureka and Jason Biggs (Jacy) of London Mills; his grandchildren, Logan of Eureka, Missouri and Ethan Biggs of Eureka, Missouri; his brother Mike Biggs (Gina) of Bloomington; and his nieces and nephews, Kristie Biggs of Normal, David Biggs (Reagan) of Enid, Payton and Trey Biggs.
