She was predeceased by: her father Delbert J. Harper; and her brother Gerald Harper. She is survived by: her mother Artheida Hutchinson (Blanch) of East Peoria; her children, David Taylor of Creve Coeur, Samantha J. Thome (Christopher Wright) of East Peoria and Kenneth Thome of East Peoria; her grandchildren, Colton Maske, Dawson Taylor, Arianna Taylor, Kelsey Taylor, Macy Taylor, Ethan Thome, Madelyn Wright and Kai Wright; and her siblings, Randy Harper of East Peoria and Sherry L. Martinez of East Peoria.
