She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harmon Henry and Vera Agnes Berger (Gilbert); her former husband Joe Phipps; her husband Kenneth Hatcher Sr.; her son Kenneth Hatcher Jr.; her grandsons, Cameron and Blake Lee; her sister Anna Mae Berger; her children, Joe Phipps of Creve Coeur, Sherry Rule (Bob) of Pekin, Laura Osborn (Jim) of Trivoli, IL and Kelly Lee (Thomas) of East Peoria, IL; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Andrews of Peoria, IL; her siblings, Sonny Berger (Donna) of Pekin, Rick Wathern (Reba) of East Peoria and Lucy McKinney (Bobby) of Victoria, IL; and her close friend Charles White of East Peoria. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
