She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peter and Johanna Louise Kelly (Morrissey); her sons, Steven Chambers, Michael Chambers and David Chambers; her brother John "Jack" Kelly; and her son-in-law Tom Hranka.
She is survived by: her husband Ivan LeRoy Chambers; her daughters, Linda Gaidos (Joseph) of Chillicothe, Mary Lou Ellington (Olen) of Chillicothe and Susan Hranka of Germantown Hills; her grandchildren, Jacob, Jenna, Patrick, Ryne, Adam, Megan and Brooke; and her daughter-in-law Susan Chambers. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
