He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Bender and Cosby Bender (Bennett); his wife Lynda Potts Dollar of Creve Coeur; and his children, Patrick Dollar, Jeremy Dollar (Kayla) of Washington, IL, James Dollar (Lisa) of Marshfield, MO, Stephen Dollar (Kathy) of Peoria, IL and Shelly Turpen (Thomas) of Creve Coeur. He was also cherished by his parents, five brothers, six sisters.
