She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter McQuiston and Ethel McQuiston (Kirby); her husband Ronald Hicks; her daughters, Lisa Hicks and Tamera Hicks; her brother Walter Junior McQuiston; her son Ronald Hicks (Chikako) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Zachary Riggs of South Pekin, Mark Hicks of Maryland, Allen Hicks of Maryland, Angel Murphy of Creve Coeur, Cierra Murphy of Bloomington and Mina Hicks of Maryland; her great grandchildren, Aria Hauck, Emma Hauck, Aurora Barnes, Mariabella Miller, Lukas Miller and Rowan Hicks; and her siblings, Linda Hastings (Bob) of Deltona, Bertha Alexander of Creve Coeur, Barbara Bowers (Rodney) of Washington, Patricia Inman of Bath Springs, Sammy McQuiston of Peoria, Michael McQuiston (Kim) of Washington and Wayne McQuiston of Deltona. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
