She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer and Mary E. Fulk (Keith); her husband Everett Ray Bailey; her children, Sandra L. Isbell (Wayne) and Leslie R. Bailey (Dori); and her siblings, Bob, Virgil Fulk and Marge Sullivan.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Wayne Isbell; her sisters, Dorothy Farmer and Verla Hoffman; her grandchildren, Andrew Isbell (Jennifer), Valerie Miller (James) and Camerron Bailey (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Elsa and Mason Miller.
