We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Joseph Frakes of Creve Coeur, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Leslie and Julie Mae Frakes (Schmitt); his children, Kelsey Jean Frakes of Geneseo, Mason Alexander Riggen of Normal and Bailey Marie Frakes of East Peoria; and his siblings, Kathryn Richardson (Darold) of Little America, Wendell "Pete" Frakes of Florida, Michelle Frakes of Peoria and Virginia Frakes of Creve Coeur. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and his music family.
