John Shallenberger Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Shallenberger of Creve Coeur, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Ray and Doris Agnes Shallenberger (Akridge); his siblings, Gary Lee Shallenberger, Frankie J. Freeman and Melody E. Tackett; and his brothers-in-law, Johnny Martin, William Howard and Michael Boeck.
He is survived by: his sons, John Shallenberger (Jennifer) of Pekin and Jason Shallenberger of Morton; his grandchildren, Carter Shallenberger, Mia Shallenberger and Grayson Shallenberger; his sisters, Regina Martin of Pekin and Ramona Howard of Pekin; and his sister-in-law Julia Boeck of Pekin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
