He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl G. Stevens and Bea Stevens (Johnson); his sister Christine; and his niece Sarah. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara and Carolyn; his nieces, Karla, Kathleen, Hannah and Lucinda; and his nephew Joel. He is also survived by four great-nieces and five great-nephews.
