He was predeceased by: his sister Tanya Feldhaus. He is survived by: his son Toby Kammer (Marsha) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Dale Kammer (Stella) of Tennessee and Dylan Kammer of Tennessee; his girlfriend Janis "Block" Nicol of Creve Coeur; his siblings, Robert Bryant of Creve Coeur and Sue Blackburn of Texas; and his father Benny Lines.
