He was predeceased by: his brothers, Anthony, Roy and Robert Billingsley. He is survived by: his children, Hugh Gene Billingsley, II of Creve Coeur, Michelle Billingsley of Porter and Jessica J. Leitner (Ryan) of Creve Coeur; his stepdaughter Tonya Hall-Crumbs (Katie) of New Cany, Texas; his grandchildren, Tre Young, Alexia, Adrianna, Sky Billingsley, Haley Hayes, Dustin Prince, Zaine Hall, Maverick and Parker Grubbs; his great grandchildren, Annabella and Maya; his siblings, Ruby Peters (Dave) of Creve Coeur, Howard "Randy" Billingsley (Donna) of Chillicothe and Donald Billingsley of Tennessee; and his close friends, Melvin Hall, Collin Stuart, Tony Spinard and Mel Howe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family to help offset expenses.
