It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Mitchell (Creve Coeur, Illinois), born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on November 18, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mitchell and Julia Mitchell (VonBoeckmann); and his sister Aleisha Conover. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Oltmann; his children, Shannon Lavery (Sean) of East Peoria and Brian Mitchell of Marquette Heights; his grandchildren, Breanna, Jessica, Ian, Gwyneth, Gavyne and Gareth; his sister Cindy Scott (James) of Peoria; his stepbrother John Hilt (Judy) of Pekin; and his aunt Louise Ronvich of Pekin.
