We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2019, at the age of 85, Eileen H. Hall (Creve Coeur, Illinois), born in Pekin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Tippett and Ethel Tippett; her husband James Hall; her son-in-law Jim Elmore (Cindy) of Pekin; her granddaughter Hannah Elmore of Marquette Heights; her brother Paul Tippett (Patsy) of Picayune, Miss.; and her daughter Delaine Elmore.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Revive Church, Christ Followers Church or to the family to help assist with the purchase of a headstone.
