She was predeceased by: her parent Jesse C. Shelton, Sr.; and her siblings, Jesse Shelton, Jr. and Patricia Poore. She is survived by: her mother Dorthey Robinson Shelton of Washington; her children, Tonya Higdon (Ritchie) of Washington and Steven Heller of Creve Coeur; her grandson Dylan Cox; her great grandchild Riley Cox; and her nephews, Chad, Sean and Adam Poore.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Easter Seals or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
