He was predeceased by: his parents, John Strother and Gertrude Strother (Ferguson). He is survived by: his wife Alta Walton; his children, Charles Strother (Glenda) of Henderson, Jodi Adams (Kevin) of Creve Coeur and Kimberly Sale (Carl) of Pekin; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Brittney, Josh, Danyelle, Amber, Justin and Bryce. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
