She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Quiles and Carmen Garcia; her stepfather Enrique Melendez; her husband Anthony Sobota; her son Juan Rios, Jr. (Amanda) of Mackinaw; her grandchildren, Aaron Rios (Caitlin), Joanna Weeks (Seth), Mellissa Rios, Katrina Decker (Brandon) and David Rios; her great grandchildren, Samuel Weeks and Venus Decker; and her siblings, Gina Sein, Enrique Melendez, Rebeca Melendez, Jon Quiles, Franklin Quiles and Ana Quiles.
