It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl R. Ulmer (Creve Coeur, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on April 24, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Ulmer and Audrey Ulmer (Churchill); his son Michael Davis; his grandchildren, Stacy Marie Ulmer and Ron Ulmer, Jr.; and his siblings, Robert and Sandy.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Louise Clark; and his children, Ron Ulmer (Jeanne) of Creve Coeur, Kathy Kelch (Bill) of Metamora and Vickie Howard (Steve) of Sunnyland. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
