She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvin Grugett and Helen Grugett (Hall). She is survived by: her husband James W. Adams Sr.; her children, Kelly Adams of Creve Coeur and James W. Adams Jr. of Creve Coeur; and her grandchildren, Jonathon, Amanda and Logan. She is also survived by one sister, one brother; and many nieces, nephews.
