He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Leo "Pinch" and Gladys Bernadine Cusac (Harvey); his children, David Cusac, Steven Cusac and Rebecca "Becky" Smith; and his siblings, William Cusac, Donald Cusac and Patricia Glossick.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Gohl; his son Dan Cusac (Gina) of Godfrey; his children-in-law, David Smith of Pekin, Karen Cusac of East Peoria and Lisa Cusac of Metamora; his grandchildren, Steven Cusac of Creve Coeur, Stephanie Mordhorst of Washington, Carrie Miles (Michael) of Pekin, Bethany Cusac of East Peoria, Kristine Smith of Pekin, Ashley Smith of Pekin, Tara Cruz (Joey) of Aberdeen, Alexa Cusac of Bloomington, Ava Cusac of Metamora, Ben Cusac and Kyle Cusac of Godfrey; and his brother Irwin (Cusac). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory (405 Rusche St, Creve Coeur, IL 61610). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
