She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Smits; her children, Timothy Smits (Stacia), Karen Egeler (Donald) and Shelly Hicks (James); her grandchildren, Lorin Smits, Drew Smits, Joshua Smits, Luke Egeler (Isabel) and Matthew Egeler (Victoria); her great grandchild Sophie Egeler; her brother Mervin Visser (Sharon); and her caregivers, Karen DeJong, Debbie DeYoung, Jennifer Lanting, Stephanie Michalski, Karen Koning, Jamie Boverhof, Jori Van Baren, Abby Mingerink and Annet Ophoff.
