He was predeceased by: his son Brent Baker. He is survived by: his wife Donna Baker; his children, Brad Baker (Andrea) and Brooke Jacobs (Ryan); his grandchildren, Ryan, Jenna, Ava, Wyatt, Owen, Jacqueline, Luke and Kylee; and his sister Bonnie Petrus (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
