He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Klinker; his siblings, Charlotte Teske, Joyce Kaczmarski and William Klinker; and his parents, Joseph Klinker Sr. and Helen Klinker-Summers.

He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Hook, Geraldine Reichert (late William) and Georgette Seehausen (Don). He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
