Norman De Jong Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman De Jong of Crete, Illinois, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Nelson De Jong (Gertrude) and Russel De Jong (late Rosemary); and his sibling-in-law Marten Vande Guchte (late Elizabeth). He is survived by: his wife Wilma De Jong; his children, Gregory De Jong (Kathy), Rev. Brian De Jong (DeLou) and Amy Kamp (Steve); his siblings, Dorothy Breems (late Harvey), Lorraine VanLaar (late Gary) and Lester De Jong (Linda); and his brother-in-law Peter Vande Guchte (Judith).
Memorial contributions may be given to Momence Orthodox Presbyterian Church (4132 IL-1, Momence, IL 60954).
