Wolak; her children, Lindsay Nunn (Kevin) and Laurel Van Proyen (John); and her grandchildren, Mollyanne Nunn, Dr. Annie Klingbeil (Connor) and Robert Nunn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
