It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Van Kalker of Crete, Illinois, who passed away on June 8, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ted Van Kalker (late Betty) and Joyce Bosgraff (Dave); his former wife Carol A. Van Kalker; and his parents, John Kalker and Catherine Van Kalker.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Van Kalker; his sons, Ronald Van Kalker (Nancy), Richard Van Kalker (Darci), Gerald Van Kalker (Heidi) and John R. Van Kalker (Debbie); his stepchild Jerry Zeldenrust (Sheila); his grandchildren, Justin, Jason, Ming, Michelle, Payton, Kacie, Kyle, Amanda and Amber; and his brother Robert Van Kalker (late Martha). He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Bible League International.
