He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Ratkovich; his siblings, Joey, Eli, Bobby, Peter, Steve, Daniel, Mike, Millie Zevkovich, Sophie Stoynoff and Violet Varichak; and his parents, George Ratkovich and Mary Ratkovich.
He is survived by: his children, George R. Ratkovich, Mark Ratkovich (Calle) and Jennifer Clark (Mike); his grandchildren, Shane, Clint, Cody, Morgan Ratkovich and Alexis Clark; and his great grandchild Wren Ratkovich.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A prayer was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 at the Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens (8178 S Cline Ave, Crown Point, IN 46375).
