He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr Jernberg and Eleanor Jernberg; and his son-in-law Charles Hubacek. He is survived by: his wife Leona Jernberg (Golke); his children, Carol Hubacek of Schererville, IN, Joyce Pedersen (Glenn) of Tinley Park, IL and Paul Jernberg (Deborah) of Lagrange Park, IL; his brother Donald Jernberg (Dorothy) of Homer Glenn, IL; and his grandchildren, Kelly Pedersen (Cindy Gach), Laura, Elizabeth Monroe (Darrin), Emily, Colin Jernberg and Sarah Jernberg. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church in Beecher.
