He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bremer and Vera Bremer; his sister Jean Dewes; his granddaughter Saundra Bremer; his stepgrandson Tom Seaton; and his former wife Margene Bremer.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Bremer; his children, Becki Klebs (James) and Michael Bremer (Barb); his stepsons, Craig Miller (Joy), Curt Miller (Myra) and Chad Miller (Amy); his grandchildren, Kristin Trzoski, Amanda Mossman (Jon), Cassandra Klebs, Michael Bremer, Ryan Hoffman (Ammy), Kevin, Kyle and Kara Randall; his great grandchildren, Ava, Vivian Lukas, April, Hunter Mossman and Makaela Wagner; and his siblings, Edith Cole (Jack) and LeeAnn Kimmel. He is also survived by 13 step-grandchildren, 13 step great-grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.
