He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jeffrey and Edna Jeffrey; his son Robert Thomas Jeffrey; and his brother Thomas Jeffrey (Lucille). He is survived by: his wife Sandy Jeffrey (Ullman); his children, Earl David Jeffrey and Kimberly Ann Jeffrey; his brother William Jeffrey (Joyce); his nieces, Karen Jeffrey and Susan Busen; his great-nephews, Tom (Dayna), Will (Becca) and Dan Busen; and his pets, Sherman and Cooper.
