He was predeceased by: his parents, John Loughlin and Laura Loughlin. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Loughlin; his daughter Diana Jongsma (Daniel); his grandsons, Jacob and Benjamin Jongsma; his sisters, Kathleen Graf (Thomas) and Beth Vogelgesang (Chris); and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Ryan Graf, Samuel and Alex Vogelgesang.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
