She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Vanderaa and Jennie Vanderaa; and her siblings, Marshall Vanderaa, Russell Vanderaa, Doris Voogd (late John) and Gilbert Vanderaa.
She is survived by: her husband Roland; her children, Mary Leffel (Gregory), R. Scott Arnell (Cathryn) and Lisbeth Graves (James); her grandchildren, Daniel Leffel, Kristin Leffel (Alec Brandon), Rachel Leffel, Christian Arnell, Nicole Arnell, Mathis Arnell and Jessica Contreras; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Karina, Gael, Xavier, Mika, Reagan and Marsh.
She also sang as a member of the Calvary Quartet and with the Illiana Oratorio Society until shortly before the pandemic in 2020.
