She was predeceased by: her father Beecher Noble; her husband Joseph Robert Gumber Jr.; and her siblings, Eugene Noble, Estill Nobel, Alonzo Noble and Pauline Woolum.
She is survived by: her mother Lillie Stacy Noble; her children, James Gumber (Christine), Joel Gumber (Jacqueline), William Gumber (Christi) and Michelle DeArcos-GumberShe (Brian); her grandchildren, Catherine, Eric, Jennifer, Bryan, Jamie, James, Claire, Maggie, William, Jacob, Mathew, Mariah, Bria, Ace and Aria; her great grandchildren, Beau, Annalee, Elliott, Elise, Colton and Natalie; and her siblings, Blanche Whitaker, Burnette Whitley, Sue Neace and Edith Landrum. She is also survived by her numerous cousins and dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (11900 Kedzie Ave, Alsip, IL 60803).
