He is survived by: his children, Debbie Mack (Tom), Anthony Poff (Kimberly) and Brenda Farrow (Ken Hozzian); his grandchildren, Nicole Klukas (Richard Stewart), Patrick Mack (Mabelle), Nicole Hughes (Timothy), Matthew Poff (Kara) and Danielle Medwed (Michael); and his great grandchildren, Madeline, Hunter Klukas, Shan, Athena, Millicent Mack, Aurora Hughes, Elijah and Emmett Poff.
