He is survived by: his siblings, Rosanne Waszak (Jim) and Don Kubiak (Debra); and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan Kubiak (Katlyn), Cary Kubiak (Brittany), Nicholas Kubiak, Alex Kubiak (Madeline), Daniel Waszak (Britta) and Jeffrey Waszak (Kristin).
