He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his children, Joseph Martello (Carol), Thomas Martello, Christine Camardo (Anthony), Janet Shouse (Don) and Michael Martello (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Vincent, Gianna, John Camardo, Matthew, Gabriella, Daniel Shouse and Isabella; and his siblings, Johanna Ugo-Conlon and Richard Martello (Maria).
