He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ruth and JoAnn Ruth (Minnich); and his sisters, Carla Jean Ruth and Theresa Cruzen Martinka. He is survived by: his wife Susan L. Ruth; his daughter Susan C. Ruth of Kissimmee, FL; his sisters, Patricia Marsicano (Chris) of North Port, FL, Christina Kakuk (Mark) of Daggett, MI and Laura Piolatto (David) of Manteno, IL.; his pets, Bailey and Rudy; and his cousin Valerie Harrington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, any memorials can be made in Michael's name to the Chicago Humane Society.
