She was predeceased by: her grandchild Angel; and her parents, Rollin Judd and Dallas Judd. She is survived by: her husband Edward Kwiatkowski; her children, Dennis (Ita), Denise Hausner (Joe), Donna and Douglas; her grandchildren, Anthony (Courtney), Erin, Joe Jr. and Kelly; her sister Dawn Harrah (Mark); her nephews, Tim Harrah (Lindsay) and Mike Harrah (Ashley); her niece Colleen McKenna (Collin); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Adley, Blake, Xander, Kassidy and Payton.
