He is survived by: his parents, Dennis and Kathy; his brother Jason (Wendy); his nieces and nephews, Zander and Ethan; his brother Matthew (Amanda); and his nieces and nephews, Brooke and Kenzlee. He is also survived by his cousins and many, many wonderful friends.
