He was predeceased by: his son Steve Adair (Tami). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Joann; his grandchildren, Colleen and Tom; his siblings, Patricia Kulhan (Gary), Phil Adair (Beverly) and Bruce Adair; and his brother-in-law Jim Hyzny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
