She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Forde and Kathleen; her husband Patrick Lyons; her close friend Robert Coulter; her brothers, Michael, Martin and Patrick; her parents-in-law, Richard and Mary Lyons; and her siblings-in-law, Beecie, Annie (Tom Gibbons), Redmond, Dick (Rita), Mike, Tom Lyons and Tess (Jack Mahoney).
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Lyons (Rita), Maureen Smythe, Richard Lyons, Theresa Larson (Glenn), Kathleen Reilly (Dennis), Eileen Stober (Mark) and Michael Lyons (Laura); her grandchildren, Dennis (Stefanie), Sean (Randi), Brendan, Mary Kate, Erik (Abby), Holly, John, Grace, Madison, Kelly, Claire, Patrick, Michael and Jessica; her great grandchild Connor; and her siblings-in-law, Kathleen, Mary Forde, Mary Lyons and John Lyons (Brenda).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kerry Funeral Home (7020 W 127th St, Palos Heights, IL 60463). A prayer will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Incarnation Catholic Church (5757 W 127th St, Midlothian, IL 60418). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
