She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Vaughn; her parents, Frank Valentine Nessel and Arlene Nessel Meltz (Diedrich); and her brother Frank William Nessel. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Vaughn, Suellen Vrastiak (Jimbo Halliday), Carol Drake (Eric), Dawn Thorn and Kenneth Vaughn; her grandchildren, Amber, William, Samuel (Kate), John Smith, Hannah Drake (James Bouril), Zackery Poe (Kenya), James Poe (Brianna) and Heather Farish (Andrew Burrus); and her sister June Cribaro. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
