It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Thaddeus Madera (Crest Hill, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Madera and Mary Madera (Hinton); and his siblings, Jack Madera, Peggy Bajich (Louis), Joan Gallardo and Partricia Valela (Frank).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Pratl; his children, William J. Madera, Mary K. Pongratz (James), Robert L. Madera (Josi) and Susan T. Loukota (Clint); his grandchildren, Joseph Pongratz, Katherine Pongratz, Dominic Madera Hunt, Courtney Loukota and Ava Loukota; and his brother James Madera. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be made as gifts in William's memory to the Illinois Veterans Home in LaSalle.
