He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Pavlich and Evelyn Pavlich; and his siblings, Anthony, Lorraine and Theresa.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Bill and Sharon Cullen; his granddaughter Michelle L. Lynn (Kevin); his great grandchild Kevin Roy Lynn Jr.; and his siblings, George (Ardis), Butch, Lenny and Anne Baudino. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Joliet Park District Sunshine and Rainbows Learning Center or St Anne Catholic Church Building Fund.
