He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Leonard and Carol Marie Ruphard; his brother William Ruphard; his aunt Beatrice; his mother-in-law Bette Bega; his brother-in-law Douglas Bega; and his pet Winston.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Dennis Bega, Beth Bega and James Henry (Kristine Hamilton); his nieces and nephews, Koren Livingston (Lucas), Sara Bega, Jennifer Burns and Victoria Edwards (Austin); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rocky, Nash and Gunner.
