He is survived by: his wife Carol Siddon; his daughters, Mary Beth Fende (Craig Niemi) and DeAnn Talbot (Jim); his grandchildren, Ryan Petrilla and John Fende, Jr. (Amber); his great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jordan Fende, Elyssa, Katelyn, Brittney, Stephanie and Amber; his sister-in-law Joyce Chirich; his friend Jerome "The Pole" Levandowski; his great-nephew Eric; and his niece Leanne Wills. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
