She was predeceased by: her father John Burkman; her sister Amy Beth Burkman; and her cousin Kathi Burkman. She is survived by: her children, Lauren Burger Bushby (Harvey), Alyssa Burger and Elijah Burger; her mother Rita Burkman (Kayser); her brothers, Bret Burkman (Veronica) and Scot Burkman (Allison); her nephews, Lloyd Blondin (Deliza), Jacob and Bradley Burkman; her uncles, Ernie Kayser (Donna) and Carl Burkman (Norette); and her cousins, Donna and Bob Burkman. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Homes - Joliet (3200 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60431).
