He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Churnovic and Freida Churnovic; his wife Mary Churnovic; and his son Sam Churnovic. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Churnovic Jr., Gary Churnovic (Howard Kaplan) and Nick Churnovic; and his grandchildren, Lori Fordonski (Jim), Matthew Churnovic and Timothy Churnovic. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and many other extended family members and friends.
