It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard R. Mulligan of Crest Hill, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Matthew and Florence Rita Mulligan (Corrigan). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary A. Riscile; his children, Patrick Mulligan of Crest Hill, Angela Mulligan of Crest Hill and Rita Mulligan-Smith (James) of Crest Hill; his grandchildren, Ciara Rose Smith and Damian James Smith; and his sisters, Mary Haigh (late Thomas), Kathy Shreffler (John) and Linda Lovell (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Legion Scholarship Programs would be appreciated.
